My kids are big fans of the James May's Toy Stories series, in which James May attempts to re-enliven the public's love of classic toys, usually through some ludicrously large project. It's great!
After watching the Plasticine episode, they wanted to give it a try themselves, and luckily I had some plasticine that was surplus to requirements in our science stash!
They started off making flowers like in James' garden
and then moved onto making people too -
Fun!
(James' comment about being "horticulturally dodgy" springs to mind, but accuracy wasn't ever the point was it?!)
